Optimas OE Solutions acquired Kingston, PA-based Circle Bolt & Nut Co. (aka CBN Fastening Solutions). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 1979, Circle Bolt supplies standard fasteners and custom specialty fasteners, as well as vendor managed inventory, for OEMs and MROs.
