Osterman Retires from Chicago Rivet

Longtime COO John Osterman, 54, retired from Chicago Rivet & Machine Co., the company announced. Osterman had announced his intention to retire back in November 2005.
Osterman had been president, COO and treasurer since September 1987. Prior to that he served as assistant secretary for nearly four years.
Chicago Rivet named executive vice president and controller Michael Bourg to succeed Osterman as president, COO and treasurer. Bourg was also elected to the board of directors. Bourg had been controller since December 1998 and executive vice president since February 2006. He was vice president of finance from November 2005 until February 2006. �2006 FastenerNews.com
