Park-Ohio reported Supply Technologies segment sales, including fasteners, declined 12% to $136.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2019, hurt by reductions in the heavy-duty truck, agricultural, industrial equipment and consumer products markets.  These declines were partially offset by 23% growth in its aerospace business.

Q4 segment income before taxes dropped 35% to $7.6 million.

Full-year Supply Technologies revenue fell 3.9% to $611.5 million, while income before taxes decreased 14.3% to $42 million.

Consolidated Q4 sales decreased 6.4% to $379.5 million, hurt by the GM labor strike and customer delays in launching new business in its Assembly Components segment.  Net income was halved to $7.6 million.

Full-year Park-Ohio sales dipped 2.4% to $1.62 billion, with net income down 28% to $38.6 million. Web: pkoh.com
