Paulin’s Jeyco Screw Machines To Be Auctioned

Screw machines and precision component manufacturing equipment from Jeyco Machine Products in Canada will be auctioned on May 20, 2015.

Mississauga, Ontario-based Jeyco is a division of H. Paulin & Co.  Paulin was acquired by the Hillman Group Canada LLC in 2013.  In 2014, a controlling interest in Hillman was acquired by Hillman’s management team and CCMP Capital Advisors LLC.  Oak Hill Capital retained a “significant minority interest” in Hillman.

 

The auction includes 12 hydro mat rotary transfer machines, 27 Davenport automatic screw machines, 9 Acme Gridley screw machines plus Hydromat tooling heads, tooling units and standard loaders.

Also being auctioned by Hilco Industrial Auctioneers: Machining centers, precision testing equipment, quality control, machine shop, warehouse and forklifts.
