Penn Changes Name, Executives and Organization

Penn Engineering & Manufacturing Corp. adopted a new name � PennEngineering � and reorganized its business units.\
The new business units are designed to define the industry sectors in which they operate: fasteners and Pemserter presses are in the Pem Fastening Systems unit, rivet nut fasteners are in Atlas Engineering; distribution and logistics are in Arconix Group; and DC motors are in Pittman.
Penn added senior vice president to CFO Mark Simon�s title and named Raymond Bievenour vice president for corporate business development and Royce Sturdevant vice president for corporate quality.
Promoted to president of the units are: Francis Wilson, Pem Fastening Systems; Paul Perry, Atlas; Victor Carlson, Arxonix; and Kent Fretz, Pittman.
