PennEngineering Acquires 3V Fasteners

PennEngineering acquired military and aerospace fastener manufacturer 3V Fasteners Company Inc. of Southern California.

Terms of the transaction between the two privately held companies were not disclosed.

Founded in 1982, 3V manufactures standard and special bolts and screws in inch and metric to mil-spec and customer standards.
