PennEngineering Picks Beecherl as 1st Global Automotive VP

PennEngineering named Pete Beecherl to the newly created role of vice president of global automotive. Beecherl will lead initiatives worldwide for automotive-related brands and businesses, including PennEngineering Automotive Fastener Co. Ltd. (PEAF), PROFIL, and PEM and Atlas brand fasteners and inserts.

Beecherl was vice president of engineering and business development at Acument Global Technologies and previously held senior engineering, product management, automation, marketing and sales roles for Emhart Teknologies, Textron Fastening Systems, Avdel, and Lamb Technicon.

He holds a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from General Motors Engineering & Management Institute (now Kettering University) and a master’s in engineering from University of Michigan.

Beecherl will maintain offices at PennEngineering in Pennsylvania and at PEAF in Michigan.
