Porteous Donates Profits from Veterans Day Sales

Porteous Fastener Company donated $18,500 to Hope for the Warriors, a national nonprofit organization that supports U.S. service members, their families, and the families of the fallen.
On Veterans Day 2011, PFC announced to customers that the company would donate 10% of that day’s profits to Hope For The Warriors. Many customers placed extra orders.
“We are proud to be living in this great country and for our freedom, which others sacrifice to provide,” Bob Porteous said. “We thank everyone for supporting us, so that we can help support our troops and their families with this donation!”
The mission of Hope For The Warriors is to enhance quality of life for U.S. service members and their families who have been affected by injuries or death in the line of duty. Web: hopeforthewarriors.org
