Powers Fasteners Inc. unveiled Powers Design Assist, a new interface software that puts technical data in a real-time environment and helps designers better visualize, consider and specify concrete anchors.

The new program reduces confusion about the new International Building Code (IBC) code requirements for anchor strength design, according to Powers Fasteners. Developed in accordance with ACI 318 Appendix D, the free software includes post-installed and cast-in-place anchor design provisions. To obtain the PDA software, register at powersdesignassist.com.
