Responsibilities Include:
Product Manager will assist in the creation of strategic marketing goals, and provide timely execution of the established goals to achieve sales and profit margin objectives for the assigned products.
These goals include, but not limited to, new product development, new product launch, market research, sales support, planning, reporting, advertising and promotion.

Duties Include:
• Product Development-Idea generation
• New Product Development Leadership
• New Product Marketing Analysis-Data Mining, Market Research and Value Analysis
• Product Sales and Margin Forecast
• Establish Pricing Policies for assigned products
• E-Commerce Development-Manage new product information on Web Base Applications
• Competitive Product Analysis-Lead effort to evaluate competitor’s products to understand various technical options
• Recommend Finished Goods Inventory Strategies
• Product Literature-Develop and maintain product catalogs, spec sheets and brochures
• Product Training-Support the development of training presentations to Distribution

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or technical field
• Three to Five years in sales, marketing, product management and product introduction
• Sales and profit analysis, advertising and promotion experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
• Ability to Multi-Task
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Strong analytical ability/strategic thinker
• Results oriented-High achiever (sets high expectations and stretch goals)
• Excellent written, communication and negotiating skills
• Computer skills-Microsoft Office Software and data base management
