Sales vs. profits, customer profitability and effective teams are conference topics at the Pacific-West Fastener Association’s 2019 autumn conference.
The Pac-West meeting will be October 23-26, 2019, at the Hilton DoubleTree in Rohnert Park, CA.
Jason Bader of the Distribution Team will speak on “Gross Sales is for Vanity, Profit is for Sanity” and “Analyzing Customer Profitability.” Bader was the 2003 president of the Specialty Tools & Fasteners Distributors Association when he was with Acme Construction Supply of Portland, OR.
Bobi Seredich of the Southwest Institute for Emotional Intelligence will speak on the “Five Secrets to Highly Effective Teams.”
There will also be business owner and business executives roundtables.
Social events include a winery tour.
