Robert Khoury to Retire from B/E Aerospace

B/E Aerospace Inc. announced that CEO Robert Khoury will retire on December 31, 2005. Khoury, who co-founded the company in 1987, will remain on the board of directors and serve as a part-time consultant.
Board chairman Amin Khoury will take over as CEO.
“As co-founder of the company, Bob has contributed significantly over the last 18 years in developing B/E Aerospace into the industry leader in cabin interior products,” Amin Khoury stated.
Separately, the company announced that Michael Baughan would be promoted to COO. Baughan joined B/E Aerospace in 1994 and most recently served as senior vice president and general manager of the company”s commercial aircraft segment. \ �2005 FastenerNews.com
