Sales Manager Wanted
Minimum five years fastener sales experience, fastener manufacturing experience preferred. Previous people management experience required. Technical background in cold forming would be a plus.
Duties
-Manage the inside sales team.
-Coordinate all customer contact with the team from quotation to delivery.
-Maintain and develop a positive communication with existing and new customers.
-Work with the Quality Manager to the resolution of quality issues.
-This is a Rockford, IL position.
-Some travel is required.
