• Bell Fasteners Canada and Zelenda Metric Canada are being combined June 1, 2003, to form Cook Fasteners Inc., president Paula Cook announced. The Cook family continues to own the company.
“We have exclusively represented Bell Fasteners and Zelenda Metric in the Canadian market for 21 years and seven years respectively,” Cook explained. “Due to changes with our American counterparts, we felt as though the Canadian market was moving in a different direction, and the decision to create a completely independent company was necessary in order to purchase our products at competitive prices and maintain high inventory levels.”
