� Semblex Corp. announced an alliance with Chemnitz, Germany-based ESKA Corp. to increase global market opportunities, Semblex CEO James Wittersheim announced. Both are fastener and cold heading companies serving the automotive, commercial and distribution markets in North America and Europe. The alliance will include personnel visits for training and technology exchanges, benchmarking and customer assistance.
ESKA is a 122-year-old company that supplies fasteners to European automakers and Tier 1 auto suppliers.
