The first Fastener Fair was held in 1995 and currently alternates with a European-oriented trade show in odd-numbered years and a UK-based show in even-number years. The next show will be Fastener Fair Stuttgart on September 19-20, 2007.
The magazine started as Fastener & Fixing Review for the UK market in 1997 and expanded to the wider European market as Fastener & Fixing Europe in 1999.
