EFC International opened an office and warehouse in Mexico, EFC Global, S de RL de CV.
Missouri based EFC has facilities in five U.S. states plus Germany, China, South Korea and now Mexico.
“Our recently established legal entity and operations in Mexico, including a warehouse in Querétaro, outside sales engineers, customer service and support staff in Mexico, enables EFC to enhance our service level in the region,” said Mary Becker, VP of North American sales. “We’re able to respond more quickly and hold inventory in closer proximity to our customer base.”

LISI Aerospace was awarded two “Best Improvement” awards from Airbus as part of the SQIP approach.
One of the awards is for the Fasteners Business and applies to the 11 factories that deliver more than 10,000 different fastener part number on time and on quality.
The second award is related to structural parts (A350 frames, A320 NEO air intake lipskins).
LISI Aerospace has supplied Airbus since the beginning of the aircraft manufacturer.

Fredrik Meuller was appointed CEO of the Nord-Lock Group. Meuller, who holds a MSc. in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics, will be based in the head office in Malmö, Sweden.
Meuller replaces Ola Ringdahl who after five years as CEO of the Nord-Lock Group is moving on to become CEO of the Lindab Group.
Meuller, 48, has spent the past 16 years in various management positions within the Trelleborg Group (industrial polymers), including the last 6 years as business area president for Trelleborg Offshore & Construction. Prior to Trelleborg, Meuller was with McKinsey & Co. management consulting and JPMorgan investment banking.
