There will be a webinar on changes and new requirements for structural joints using high-strength bolts.
The online training is produced by the Fastener Training Institute and Industrial Fasteners Institute and will be from noon to 2pm (EST) on April 28.
Topics include updated design practices based on the 2020 edition of the Research Council on Structural Connections specification; new ASTM standards; addition of bolt ‘groups’; and new installation method.
The course is designed for structural and civil engineers, manufacturers or sellers of structural bolts and professionals who using structural bolts.
Participants will receive credit for two professional development hours.

Nedschroef named Paul Raedts as CEO and Arjan Verheij as CFO, effective April 1.
Raedts joined Nedschroef in 2001 and has worked as CFO since 2011.
Verheij joined Nedschroef in 2015 as group finance director.
