Atlantic Fasteners named Bryan Jones as sales manager for the aerospace division.
Formerly the Connecticut branch manager of a national aerospace distributor, Jones, 35, has eight years of experience in aerospace sales and management.
“We’re enthusiastic about our prospects with Bryan,” said Atlantic president Tony Peterson.

Brighton-Best International more than doubled the size of its Toronto branch. The automated warehouse went from 33,000 sq ft to 80,000 sq ft with a capacity of 7,000 pallet locations, 16,500 bulk locations and 4,000 package shelf locations.

Curtis Metal Finishing is adding 27,000 sq ft of plant space to its 93,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Illinois. The family-owned industrial coating supplier is investing $4 million and will include a new line of surface finishing.
Curtis Metal’s workforce will go up from 60 to 74 — a 23% increase.
“We are committed to growing our business in Illinois,” vice president and general manager Kurt Hoensheld said.
Curtis Metal is eligible for tax credits.

James Gains Jr. is the new Doncasters’ Fastener vice president of finance, division president Ken Caratelli announced.
Gains was division controller for the SPS Technologies division of Precision Castparts. He also had been director of finance in the PCC Aerofoils division; Veyance Technologies; and LaFarge North America. At Doncasters Gains will work with CFO Michael Schurch.
Caratelli noted Gains has “demonstrated the ability to drive performance through continuous improvement on the factory floor, as well as in the office.”

Würth Service Supply announced seven management changes as part of the distributor’s plans to grow its national presence and double sales.
Jason Talley is the new vice president of sales. Talley has 18 years’ experience in industrial distribution. He joined Würth in 1998 as a sales representative and subsequently has been special projects manager, regional general manager and director of sales.
Ken Misch joined Würth as vice president of operations. In 22 years at Acument Global Technologies, Misch was responsible for the central distribution center and received lean manufacturing and Six Sigma Greenbelt training and certification in business acumen and finance. Misch will be responsible for operations organization, including the Central Distribution Center in Indianapolis, regional operations managers throughout the U.S., and logistics.
JoAnn Hussion brings 20 years of quoting and sourcing experience to her new role as purchasing manager.
David Miller heads the western regional quotes team as the quotes manager. Miller has 10 years of global sourcing experience.
