Assembly Products & Sales is marking its 10th anniversary as a stocking rep agency.  The agency was formed by Mary Chambers of Isodyne Sales and Doug Rolston of T.J. Teegarden when the two merged their rep agencies into a partnership in 2003.

Chambers started in the industry in 1972. She was the president of the Southwestern Fastener Association in 2001.

Rolston started in fasteners in 1977 and acquired Teegarden in 1995. Rolston was SFA chair in 1999.

Cherry Aerospace named Century Fasteners Corp. as a distributor of its aerospace fasteners.

“This partnership marks a milestone in Century’s evolution by enabling us to provide even broader material coverage competitively to the marketplace,” co-president Evan Stieglitz said.

Century’s strategic presence in Mexico was a factor in the distribution agreement, Stieglitz added.
