CMG opened a Sales & Application Engineering Center in Michigan and unveiled a new logo.
The new engineering application center in the Detroit suburb of Southfield will include onsite application engineers, lean product assembly experts, and fully stocked samples for testing and application development, CEO Phil Johnson announced.
Johnson said the new center expands CMG’s business in application engineering center and “will help improve our speed to market with safety and application engineered products. We are excited to partner with our customers and local universities on products and services that provide total enterprise savings.”
CMG also announced a rebranding effort to communicate its new direction to employees, customers and supply partners. The rebranding effort includes a new logo.
“The new logo is the first step in communicating our direction to be a leader in Safety & Critical Fasteners focused on the Automotive, Commercial Vehicle and Industrial Markets,” Johnson said.
