Don Kudiak was promoted to president of Aerosmith Fastening Systems.
He joined the Indiana company in 2005 and has been general manager and director of product development.

Dan Zehnder has been named VP of North American sales for Agrisolutions.
In 2003, Zehnder founded Trinity Logistics Corp., which was acquired by Venanpri Group’s Agrisolutions division.
Zehnder is the current VP of the National Fastener Distributors Association and thus slated to be the 2019/20 president.
Zehnder got his start in fasteners with Cleveland-based Earnest Machine Products, which was founded by his grandfather in 1948.

Loomis International Ltd. marked the opening of a 176,200 sq ft manufacturing facility on 32 acres in Byron, IL.
Loomis also is marking the 40th anniversary of Gehle Loomis founding a metal working engineering and sales business in October 1979 in the basement of his home: Tool Engineering Industries.
By 1989 the company moved from the house to North Main Street in Rockford, IL, as Tool Engineering moved into buying and selling machinery. In 1993, the company of then five people, bought a 2.25 acre plot in Machesney Park and moved into an 8,000 sq ft building in 1994. By 1998, 24,000 sq ft were added and Randy started National Header Die.
In 2000 four more acres were acquired and the Tool Engineering name was changed to Loomis International.
In 2004 Armor Coated Technology was formed. The three companies now total 60 people.

Torque tool manufacturer Mountz Inc. hired Bob Little as international sales director.
Along with managing Mountz’s international team, Little will identify market opportunities and define “a multi channeled approach to support our international network.”

Semblex Corp. named Jinsoo Kim to succeed Don Cunningham as president. Cunningham, who has been Semblex president since 2010, is retiring.
Kim has served as COO at Semblex since the company’s acquisition by Jinhap Company, Ltd. in 2014. Previously, Kim was a senior VP at Jinhap in South Korea.
Gene Simpson will assume the role of senior VP and COO. A 27-year Semblex veteran, Simpson recently served as VP of engineering & quality.
Founded in 1968, Semblex has been a subsidiary of Jinhap Co. Ltd, a privately-owned South Korean fastener manufacturer, since 2014.
Semblex has 260 employees and revenue of $80 million.
