Assembly Fasteners Inc. announced a partnership with China manufacturer to supply standard and custom fasteners and components.

B2B Industrial Packaging expanded its fastener inventory with the recent acquisition of Anasco in August.
“Two of the most valuable aspects of the acquisition were the addition of fastener experts Dean Summerfield, with 40 years of fastener experience; and Michael Manthei, with 20 years of fastener experience,” B2B stated. Both are now regional sales managers.
“B2B Industrial already has a huge established client base and almost all of them are using some type of fastener product that, until now, they weren’t getting from us,” Summerfield said. “Now we can offer them a broader product range and streamline their buying process.”

Florida-based Bay State Cable Ties is opening a warehouse in Connecticut, vice president of sales Tim Bagley announced.
The new warehouse “will enhance our Just-in-Time delivery service to customers in the New England and Mid-Atlantic states,” Bagley explained. “Since all our products are manufactured in the U.S. and kept in stock, we are able to offer same-day shipping. With this new East Coast warehouse, we will provide next-day delivery in that area as well.”
Last year Bay State opened a California warehouse.
CEO and founder Robert Sires has predicted Bay State will double in size within five years.

Tennessee-based Bolts & Nuts Corp. opened a facility in Danville, KY. The new facility marks the sixth state where the company has a physical presence.

Chuck Laverdure is the new sales manager at Southwest Fastener, Ken Lubbering announced. Laverdure will manage outside sales force for Southwest’s Phoenix, Tucson and Albuquerque locations.
