SHOW NEWS: Seven Companies Conducting NEFDA Mini-Seminars

Seven companies will conduct half-hour seminars during the first New England Fastener Distributors Association Tabletop Show scheduled September 17, 2007, in Sturbridge, MA.
The purpose of the “mini seminars” is to provide hands-on-training to help inside sales people, engineers, purchasing and other fastener staff service customers.
Companies and topics are: Crescent Manufacturing, “Cold Heading”; Rotor Clip Company, “Rotor Clips”; Safety Socket LLC, “Fastener Manufacturing & Testing”; Kanebridge Corp., “Online Ordering & Direct Links to Customer”s Website”; Continental Aero, “Nylon Inserts & All Metal Locknuts and Use in Fastener Applications”; Solon Manufacturing Co., “Belleville Springs”; and Leica Geo Systems Inc., “Measuring Devices.”
NEFDA executive director Joe Soja announced there are 40 exhibitors thus far and there is space for 60.
The Monday program at the Sturbridge Host Hotel & Conference Center includes an exhibitor luncheon; the show from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.; technical seminars, 2 p.m.-5:30 p.m.; buffet dinner, 5:30-7 p.m.; and reception 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
