SHOW NEWS: Stabila President to Speak at STAFDA

Stabila Inc. president Mike Fraser will give the associate state of the industry address at the 31st annual convention of the Specialty Tools & Fasteners Distributors Association.
As STAFDA president, Greg Drouillard will give the annual state of the industry address.
The STAFDA convention will be November 4-6, 2007, in Nashville.
Fraser, a native of Canada, began his career as a field salesman for Black & Decker in northern Indiana. He joined Stabila in 1997 as vice president for sales.
Stabila, founded in Germany in 1820, began exporting measuring products after World War II. Today Stabila manufactures levels, lasers, tape measures, folding rules and accessories in more than 50 countries. Stabila sells exclusively through the STAFDA distribution channel.
STAFDA also announced four Sunday concurrent workshops:
Dr. Al Bates of the Profit Planning Group will conduct a session for manufacturers on “Distributors Don”t Think Like You Do!”
Economist Alan Beaulieu of the Institute for Trend Research will speak on “China and India: Friend or Foe?”
Protecting your company in a natural disaster is the topic of Mike Foster”s session entitled, “The Shocking Truth You Need to Know About Protecting Your Vital Business Systems.”
