The Specialty Tools & Fasteners Distributors Association will offer conference topics during its 37th annual convention.

The convention and trade show will be November 11-13, 2013 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.

Speakers and topics: Ryan Barradas, Wealthpoint LLC, “Succession or Exit?”; Dr. Marianne Jennings, “Practical Practices for Avoiding Legal Pitfalls”; sales coach Jack Daley, “Company Culture by Design or Default?”; Dr. Dan McQuiston, Butler University marketing professor, “Roaring Out of the Recession”; Purchasing Manual author Jon Schreibfeder, “Effective Purchasing & Inventory Management”; and Staver Group CEO Mike Staver, “Leadership Isn’t for Cowards.”

Economist Alan Beaulieu, president of the Institute for Trend Research, will give an economic forecast with information on which markets are performing better for STAFDA members.

Earth, Wind & Fire will perform for STAFDA members at the opening reception.
