John Satagaj, president of the Small Business Legislative Council will give an update on current legislation during the 27th annual Specialty Tools & Fasteners Distributors Association convention.
Overcoming price objections, managing today’s workforce, marketing to the Hispanic population, increasing showroom excitement, stopping memory loss and a rep-specific workshop are topics at the November 2-4, 2003, STAFDA convention at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
STAFDA previously announced Frank Abagnale, the subject of Steven Spielberg’s “Catch Me If You Can” movie, will be the keynote speaker; Kim Reynolds of M.K.
