Specialty Bolt Supplier Lamons Expanding to New Markets
TriMas Corp. announced that its Lamons business, which supplies specialty bolts and gaskets to the petroleum refining, petrochemical and other industrial markets, is expanding into new global markets.
Lamons recently established four new facilities in Singapore, Spain, India and Midland, MI.
Globally the business now has more than 20 satellite manufacturing locations, in addition to major production facilities in Houston, TX; Rotterdam, The Netherlands; Hangzhou, China; and Faridabad, India. Lamons also has a network of more than 40 licensees and distributors to supplement their immediate reach.
“These service branches include local manufacturing capability as well as local sales and technical support,” said Lamons president Kurt Allen.
“We understand our customers operate continuously. The proficient delivery of superior quality and service, rapid turn-around times for orders and an ability to locally supply customized products that meet specific customer requirements are key to Lamons’ success.”
Lamons is also working to penetrate the market in Brazil by sending executives to establish relationships with customers.
