The Specialty Tools & Fasteners Distributors Association will introduce a program for members under the age of 35, interviewing for potential interns and employees and 50×50 “island booths.”

• Following the Sunday morning educational workshops there will be a luncheon for age 35 and younger members. There will be a speaker offering tips on how Young Professionals can work with the “older” generation.

• There will be a “Speed Interviewing” session with upperclassmen in industrial distribution or construction management majors from Purdue University, Texas A&M, and University of Texas/Austin. Students’ resumes to be posted in the members-only section of STAFDA.org.

Interviews can be for regular employment or internships. Participating students can attend the Young Professionals Luncheon and other events.

• STAFDA will offer 50×50 island booths to exhibitors. The larger booths will “unclog aisles and break up the inline look for a cleaner show.”
