STAFDA Announces Workshops

“Extreme Leadership,” a blueprint for business success, sales compensation and keeping good employees are workshop topics at the 29th annual convention of the Specialty Tools & Fasteners Distributions Association.
The convention is set for November 6-8, 2005, in Baltimore.
Workshop presenters and topics are: Steve Farber, president of Extreme Leadership Inc., “The Radical Leap: Extreme Leadership at Work & Beyond”; George Hedley,, who built Hedley Construction & Mgt. Into a $50 million company in seven years, “The Business Success Blueprint”; Michael Marks,, Indian River Consulting Group, “Designing a Workable Sales Compensation Plan”; and Kathy Newton,, a Purdue University assistant professor and a member of the University of Industrial Distribution faculty, “Employee-Based Mangement: Finding & Keeping Good People.
The Sunday evening opening reception will be at the Baltimore Orioles baseball field, Camden Yards and its eight-story warehouse entertainment center.
