Stanley Engineered Fastening president James Ray Jr. was featured in Savoy magazine.  Ray is also an executive officer of parent company Stanley Black & Decker.

“In this role, James’ results-oriented experience includes business transformation execution, strategy development, customer relationship management, engineering, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and global business integration,” according to Savoy.

Ray started with Stanley Black & Decker in 2013 as president of the Industrial & Automotive Repair business.  He has held global senior executive business unit leadership and manufacturing operations roles.

Prior to that, Ray was senior VP & GM at TE Connectivity.  He also has executive leadership experience at Delphi Corp. and General Motors Corp.
