Mobile, AL-based Threaded Fasteners Inc. (TFI) acquired Stateline Fasteners, including all of its inventory, for an undisclosed price.

“Stateline’s entire team will be joining forces with the TFI team already established in Chattanooga, Tenn., to serve our expanding market in Tennessee and north Georgia,” stated FTI president Billy Duren. “With this new customer-base we look forward to broadening our footprint in the region.”

Stateline operated in Rosswell, GA, and sold bolts, nuts, abrasives, and threaded rod, according to the company’s Facebook page.
