Training Institute Publishes Basic Fastener Handbook for New Employees
The Fastener Training Institute has released a 24-page Basic Fastener Handbook focused on new employees.
The guide is designed to “help smooth the transition from a mistake-prone rookie to an efficient member of your workforce.”
The guide drives, screw heads, screw points, thread styles, length measurement, sockets, large threaded fasteners, nuts, washers, rivets, sems, pins, anchors, appearance and plating, grade markings, thread sizes and ISO metric diameter/pitch combinations. The guide also includes “How to Call Out Parts• and a fastener glossary.
The handbook is $19 plus $3 shipping.
