Trifast International Fastenings Group acquired several fastener brands from European Industrial Services. Brands include Pozidriv, a drive mechanism known in trade and DIY retail markets. Other brands are Supadriv, Polymate and Twinfast. Trifast CEO Jim Barker said the products will be manufactured at company facilities in Asia.
By acquiring Pozidriv and the other marks, we will become known as the authority in fasteners through owning the brands, [and] controlling manufacturing, distribution and quality  Our goal is to have the TR brand recognised globally as the Premier Brand in fasteners.
Founded in 1973, London-based Trifast manufactures and distributes industrial fasteners, including machine screws and self-tapping screws.
