Trinity Presenting Supply Chain Conferences
Trinity Supply Chain Solutions is presenting two workshops on supply chain management at the Collaborate 12 Technology & Applications Forum for the Oracle Community.
Trinity’s supply chain manager Erin Cones, ERP manager Kristine Murrens and CIO Tina Tendall will conduct the sessions in April in Las Vegas.
Trinity’s first topic is how the fastener distributor transitioned from an unconstrained plan to a constrained plan that resulted in recommendations for alternate sources of supply based on purchasing lead-time constraints. The second topic is conquering the challenge of publishing supply forecasts
Cones said the new Oracle configuration allows Trinity “to improve our supply chain visibility, planning and overall communication with our supply base. In turn, we are able to strengthen our continuity of supply for our customer base.”
