Manny DeSantis is the new president of Valley Fastener Group. DeSantis has 25 years of fastener experience that includes working as an oiler, die maker and machinist. He was president of Reliant Industries before joining Valley. Prior to that, he spend six years with ITW Shakeproof. DeSantis earned his MBA from Northern Illinois University.
