Victory Bolt & Specialty Inc. is marking its 20th anniversary. Renee Johnson Breazeale, now CEO, left a sales position with Southeastern Bolt & Screw to start Victory in 1987 with three employees. President Ray Breazeale noted that today Victory has less than one half of 1% error rate on shipping of thousands of orders.
