Voves, 84, Retiring as Metric & Multistandard President

Joseph Voves will retire as president of Metric & Multistandard Components Corp. at the end of 2005. Voves founded the company in 1963 with partners Milan Peske and Alois Hacaj

Voves, 84, began his working carer in the hotel business in Europe. As escaping the former Czechoslovakia at the end of World War II, Voves studied in France and worked in Germany, Italy and Ethiopia.
He met Peske and Hacaj in Ethiopia and all were originally from Czechoslovakia.
