Barnes Group Inc. promoted Idelle Wolf to president of Barnes Distribution, succeeding retiring Keith Drewett.
Wolf remains a vice president of Barnes Group.
Barnes Group CEO Edmund Carpenter said Wolf “successfully integrated several significant acquisitions, drove process changes, and spearheaded the rationalization of Barnes Distribution’s distribution centers throughout North America.”
She joined Barnes Distribution as COO when Barnes Group acquired Curtis Industries in 2000. Wolf was executive vice president and COO at Curtis. A year ago Wolf was named president of Barnes Distribution North America.
Drewett, who also had been with Curtis, will retire in March.
