Würth Industry North America named Mike Buchanan vice president of finance and Miseal Mena head business development in Latin America.

Both report to Würth Group executive vice president Marc Strandquist, who cited their “wealth of experience and knowledge that will benefit our North and South American organizations.”

Buchanan will be responsible for directing WINA finance strategies, analysis, forecasting and budget management, as well as ensuring that financial policies and practices are compliant with corporate and accounting standards. He was VP for finance and support services for SUEZ – Advanced Solutions in Atlanta. Buchanan has a bachelors in business administration from The Citadel and MBA from DePaul University. He is a Certified Management Accountant and Certified in Financial Management.

Mena has been project manager for Central and South America, as well as sales manager for Mexico. Mena joined WINA in 2017 to oversee the growth and development of the company’s Central and South American market as head of customers and increase Würth’s market presence. Mena will lead the Würth Industry de Mexico set up and efforts to develop Mexico into a stand-alone operating company. He will continue developing a strategic plan for growth and expansion in Central and South America.

Reporting to Mena are Victor Campos, general manager for Würth Industry de Mexico, and Pedro Ramos, managing director for Würth SW Industry (SW) in Brazil.
